Positive: The apartment was situated very conveniently in a small side street close to my place of work. It is big and has all the basics that are needed for a comfortable stay. It is fully serviced every day including laundry. The owner is very kind and responsive for any issue and the gentleman at reception was always insisting on helping me carry my luggage and in general help in any way he could across the language barrier.
Negative: The window in the bedroom did not close properly which made the place noisy in the morning (but in fairness I did not point this out at any point to have it fixed). I think the main issue for me was the fact that the apartment was really rather dark.
Summary: A really convenient and comfortable solution with great customer orientation
